Fats are mixtures of triglycerides with different melting points. The process of separating them by different temperatures is called oil fractionation.

Entire process takes place in several steps which including: Oil heating, oil charging, and crystallization, filtration, squeezing and cleaning of filter.

Application: Palm Oil, Palm Olein, Palm Kernel Oil, Cottonseed Oil, Beef Tallow, Lard, Fish Oil, Chicken Oil And Other High Melting Point Oils.
